$1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) 

• ·Current, attending member of Second Evergreen Baptist Church
• College/ University/ Advanced School enrollment for Fall 2025 
• Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 
• ACT Score of 20
• Two Letters of Recommendation 
• Completion of the Essay: “Where Do I See Myself 10 Years From Now!”  (See additional instructions below for format)
• Completion of the application form (Download below). 

• Essay shall be equivalent to a one page, single spaced, 12 point font, letter-size Word document. If your answer(s) require more space, you are welcome to extend to more than one page. 
• Submit all required information to Cynthia Shorter (Chairperson).
• Once selected, Award Recipient will be required to provide enrollment verification prior to receiving awarded funds.
